shift differential after 7PM Nursing duties include:
-- Medication administration -- Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical health and mental health, including risk to self/other -- Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders -- Milieu Management:
assisting guests with self-regulation and maintaining safety -- Participation in treatment team; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to include Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and Mental Health Therapists.
